'Get Thrashed' Documentary Nearing Completion
January 9, 2006The makers of "Get Thrashed", the much-anticipated documentary profiling the thrash metal scene of the early Eighties and its impact on the music scene, have issued the following update regarding the project's current status:
"In the year since the last news update, we have made giant strides towards completing 'Get Thrashed'. At this point, we are making final tweaks to the 100-minute long film in the hopes that we can start entering 'Get Thrashed' in film festivals worldwide as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can go to myspace.com/getthrashed for more frequent updates and blogs.
"In addition, starting February 8th please check www.getthrashed.com on the 8th of every month for new clips, outtakes etc.
"Thanks to everyone who has e-mailed in support of 'Get Thrashed'. It's coming up on 3 1/2 years in the making and we can't wait to share it with all of you.
